Apricot jam

Apricot is a very delicate fruit; it spoils incredibly quickly if tapped or at high temperature. So, in an apricot season, it is good not to miss the moment and make jam that is more apricot as it compliments any breakfast perfectly and is widely used in cooking too.
The jam is perfect to be served with hot toasts or crispy fresh croissants for breakfast in the morning or one can add it to a porridge or cottage cheese. Or, it can be served with vanilla ice cream.
