Do you work with retail customers?
Our main focus is wholesale supply for retail chains, HoReCa and food manufacturers. For smaller orders, please contact us by phone or email.
Can I order halal or kosher products?
Yes. Our production is certified for both halal and kosher. Halal is confirmed by certificate No. 341-MCSiC from the International Centre for Halal Standardisation and Certification under the Council of Muftis of Russia; kosher by certificate No. 3144/A from the Department of Kashruth of the Chief Rabbinate of Russia (kosher parve). Copies of both are published below.
Which countries do you supply?
Our products are supplied to more than 190 countries. We prepare each batch for the destination market: matching recipe and packaging, providing labelling in the required language and preparing the customs documentation.
Why are there no prices on the website?
The price depends on volume, packaging, recipe and delivery terms, so prices are not published. Get in touch by phone or email and we will explain the terms for your case.
What is the minimum order volume?
The minimum volume depends on the product category and packaging. Our manager will explain the terms for your case.
Do you have sugar-free products?
Yes, we have a line of confiture made with fructose - no added sugar, suitable for dietary and diabetic nutrition.
How do I dilute the fruit drink base?
The fruit drink base is diluted with drinking water at a ratio of 1:4. One kilogram of base yields about five litres of finished drink.
Do you deliver across Russia?
Yes, we deliver within Moscow and to Russian regions via freight carriers. Please check delivery terms with our manager.
