Policy on the processing and protection of users' personal data

This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by Globax LLC (hereinafter - the Operator).

1.1. The Operator regards respect for human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data - including the protection of the rights to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality - as its most important aim and as a condition of carrying out its activities.

1.2. This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://empirejams.com.

2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data by means of computing equipment;

2.2. Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to clarify the personal data);

2.8. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specified or identifiable User of the website https://empirejams.com;

2.9. User - any visitor to the website https://empirejams.com;

2.10. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a particular person or a particular group of persons;

2.11. Distribution of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data), or at making personal data known to an unlimited group of persons, including publication in the mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or provision of access to personal data by any other means;

2.13. Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed, with no possibility of further restoring their content in the personal data information system, and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of the personal data are destroyed.

3.4. The website has no web analytics counters or other third-party services collecting anonymised visitor data. Should such a service be introduced, it will run only after you give consent, and this Policy will be updated to describe it.

3.5. The data listed above are hereinafter referred to collectively in this Policy as Personal Data.

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to clarify the details of an enquiry.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may at any time opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator a letter to the email address info@e-jam.ru marked "Opt-out of notifications about new products, services and special offers".

The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organisational and technical measures necessary for full compliance with the requirements of applicable personal data protection legislation.

6.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases connected with compliance with applicable legislation.

6.3. If inaccuracies are found in the personal data, the User may update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator's email address info@e-jam.ru marked "Update of personal data".

6.4. The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notification by email to the Operator's email address info@e-jam.ru marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

7.1. Before commencing a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to satisfy itself that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of data subjects.

7.2. A cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only where the data subject has given written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

8.1. The User may obtain any clarification on questions of interest concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at info@e-jam.ru.

8.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.

8.3. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the website https://empirejams.com

9.1. The website sets no cookies - neither first-party nor third-party. You can verify this in your browser's developer tools, under “Application” / “Storage”.

9.2. A single entry is kept in browser local storage under the key “e-jam-cookie-consent”. It holds your answer to the analytics question, the date of that answer and the version of the consent text. It exists solely so that you are not asked again, contains no identifiers and is never transmitted anywhere.

9.3. The chosen interface language is not stored in the browser: it is determined by the page address (/ru/ or /en/).

9.4. Until you answer the analytics question, the website stores nothing in your browser.

9.5. No analytics services (such as Yandex Metrica) are used on this website. Should any be introduced, their code will load only after you consent: if you decline, or before you answer, the script is not loaded at all rather than merely being silenced.
